Most people have heard of a dermaroller — a manual rolling device with needles. The Derma Pen is a significant advancement over that.
The Derma Pen is motorised, which means the needles move in a rapid stamping motion rather than rolling. This is more precise, more controlled, and considerably more comfortable. The depth of needle penetration can also be adjusted mid-treatment — allowing doctors to go deeper on scar areas and lighter on more sensitive zones, within the same session.

What to Expect
What to Expect During a Derma Pen Session
Numbing cream is applied for 30–45 minutes before the session begins. The Derma Pen device is then moved precisely across the treatment area. Post-treatment, a soothing serum is applied — which penetrates the newly created micro-channels far more effectively than regular topical application.
Mild redness for 24 hours. Skin looks and feels improved over the following weeks as new collagen forms.
