Thread Lift
Thread lift treatment in Kharadi, Pune at Shakambarri Clinic is a minimally invasive, non-surgical face lifting procedure that uses dissolvable threads inserted under the skin to physically lift and tighten sagging areas — cheeks, jowls, jawline, and neck. Results are immediate, with no surgery, no scalpel, and significantly less downtime than a surgical facelift. Performed by Dr. Babasaheeb Ingale.

What Is a Thread Lift — and How Does It Work?
A thread lift uses thin, dissolvable suture threads — made from materials that the body absorbs safely over time — inserted under the skin using a fine needle.
These threads have tiny cones or barbs along their length that anchor to the tissue. Once in place, the threads are gently pulled to physically lift the overlying skin and tissue to a higher, more youthful position.
As the threads dissolve over 6–12 months, they stimulate the body’s own collagen production in the area — adding an additional layer of long-term improvement beyond the immediate mechanical lift.
The combined effect: an immediate lifting result, with continued skin quality improvement as new collagen forms over the following months.

A thread lift is not a replacement for surgical facelifts in cases of severe laxity — but for mild to moderate skin sagging in the 35–55 age group, it offers a very effective, accessible alternative.
